Terms and conditions of drone use in Bangladesh

Even a few days ago, there were many restrictions on the use of drones in Bangladesh. It was used only for law enforcement and emergency use. Although it is gradually relaxed, there are different rules for using drone cameras. Before flying a drone, some areas such as KPI areas, airports, restricted areas and dangerous areas need to be identified. All these areas are called red zones for drones. Drones are not allowed in this red zone. Also, all the rules and regulations that allow a drone to fly under the open sky are: -


1. It is forbidden to fly drones within 2 km of any specific meeting or assembly from 3 days in advance. If you need to fly a drone later, you need to get special permission in advance.


2. The drone pilot must obtain the certificate of drone flight in the manner prescribed arbitrarily.


3. Ordinary people can fly drones up to a maximum of 100 meters.


4. For drone flying, the drone pilot must be at least 18 years of age and have passed SSC.


5. During any national or international event or gathering, the rules made by Bebichak should be followed in case of flying a drone within 5 km around it.


6. At the time of purchase of the drone, the drone operator should always keep a copy of all the certificates and approvals given by Bebichak.


7. A written notice to inform the nearest police station before flying a drone to any important place. So that there is no complication or problem later on.
