This Cambium XV2-2 access point includes a dual-radio Wi-Fi 6 access point that is designed to enable next-generation networks with value-based edge services. Wi-Fi 6 technology allows for faster network speeds and more connected devices while maintaining higher packet quality. The radio frequency layer in Wi-Fi 6 adopts a deterministic approach in which the access point (AP) regulates client connections. The XV2-2 is backward compatible with existing Wi-Fi technology, allowing for a vast expansion of low-power, low-bitrate IoT devices to provide infrastructural intelligence to any market.
