Description
Hioki 3803 is a digital high tester with basic functions like measuring AC / DC voltage and current, capacitance, frequency, resistance, diode checking and continuity checking. Also has functions like temperature measurement and pulse output. This will ensure accurate measurements for all types of electrical checks. Its display can also be switched to a high-resolution 40000-count mode.
